New Support Process for Monitors and Display Adapters/Chipsets

Effective November 24, 2009, support for the display adapters/chipsets device category and the monitor device category will be provided through Microsoft Support. The DCTTest alias will be retired at close of business on November 23. The WLK-WHQL Display team will continue manage any issues that are outstanding at that time, but all new issues must be directed to Microsoft Support. For more information on Microsoft Support, see http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?&prid=11880.
