VLSC Replacing MVLS and eOpen on December 6, 2009
Beginning December 6, 2009, Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) will provide a single, integrated portal for managing all Volume Licensing IDs. The Microsoft Volume License Services (MVLS) and eOpen licensing management websites will be retired and will automatically redirect to VLSC. All user accounts and registered Volume Licensing IDs will migrate.
