VLSC Replacing MVLS and eOpen on December 6, 2009 Beginning December 6, 2009, Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) will provide a single, integrated portal for managing all Volume Licensing IDs. The Microsoft Volume License Services (MVLS) and eOpen licensing management websites will be retired and will automatically redirect to VLSC.
