  Seattle students learn an Hour of Code

Schools across the globe took part in the Hour of Code during Computer Science Education week. Read about the Seattle high school students who learned from Microsoft engineer James Whittaker and the lucky kids at Newport Heights Elementary School, who had a lesson from Microsoft Technical Fellow John Shewchuk and his teenaged daughter, Annaka.

  Get a second chance at certification

Sometimes we all need a second chance. For a limited time, students can take any Microsoft Certification Professional (MCP) exam they didn't pass a second time. This gives you a safety net for these important Microsoft Certification exams. Access the offer between now and May 31, 2015 through Microsoft Learning and be sure to take the second exam within 30 days.
