John Rodriguez is a Senior Premier Field Engineer (PFE) at Microsoft, a role in which he helps customers around the world resolve some of the toughest Exchange-related problems. Based in Minneapolis, John is the worldwide PFE lead for the Exchange Risk Assessment program as well as a subject matter expert on Exchange performance analysis. He has taught modules on Exchange database internals, performance, public folders, and data management and retention at the Microsoft Certified Master program (formerly Exchange Ranger) since 2006, and is a highly-rated presenter at TechReady and Tech•Ed events, usually on the topics of troubleshooting and performance analysis.
