New Digital Rights Management (DRM) Agreement Required
The Windows Logo Program Testing Agreement V2.2.3 Exhibit B (DRM) is now available for signing on the Windows Quality Online Services (Winqual) Web site ( https://winqual.microsoft.com/). Effective December 1, 2009, this updated agreement will be required in order to qualify for a signature that includes the DRM attribute. The updated agreement has two new sections: 2.a.iii and 2.a.iv. There are no other changes from the previous version of the agreement.
