Note from the Editor
Mitch Irsfeld
In the last edition, we announced the availability of the Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 Beta. Accompanying that evaluation download are several related beta releases, including the Microsoft Project Professional 2010 Beta and Microsoft Project Server 2010 Beta.

In addition, check out the Microsoft Visio Premium 2010 Beta , which allows you to bring real-time data into your diagramming from multiple sources, such as Microsoft Excel 2010 and Microsoft SQL Server. And using Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, you can create SharePoint workflows and export them for execution and real-time monitoring. Note that in order to use the new sharing capabilities for the Visio 2010 Visio Services feature, you will need to obtain and install SharePoint Server 2010 Beta (download the Enterprise CAL Edition).

The Windows 7 tips have started. Tell us yours. Here's an example on the TechNet Magazine blog: Want to install Windows 7 on a system, but leave the previous Windows installation in place? Follow these easy steps to Create a Multiboot System for Windows 7.

And while you're there, check out the other tips. TechNet Magazine is re-launching its popular Tip of the Day feature, starting with a look at the best tips and tricks for Windows 7. Now we want to hear from you. Share your best Windows 7 tips and tricks.

I've had a few people ask what happened to the Scripting Guy cartoon. While the cartoon is no longer, you can still find all the great scripting how-to articles on the Hey, Scripting Guy! blog. The searchable blog offers lots of handy scripts like the recent How Can I Add a Function to a Profile in Windows PowerShell? or Can I Change the Default Value of a Registry Key on Multiple Computers?
