Send us your logos
Our new Radio Guide is almost done, and radio station logos will be prominent in the new design. If you haven't already done so, please send your logo to tuner@microsoft.com. The image should be a high-quality .jpg, .gif, or .png that is at least 300 x 300 pixels. Only those partners who have provided logos will be listed in the new Radio Guide, so send us your logo by March 1, 2009.

Send us your images
Our new Media Guide is in beta, and we are excited to show off its vibrant design. Our updated look takes an entertainment magazine approach and relies heavily on the eye-catching appeal of high-quality imagery. Browse the new site, and contact us to let us know what you think. Thanks to all of you who have already shared your feedback.

Embedded player support ends in April
Beginning in April 2009, we will no longer list stations that use an embedded player. Although we stopped accepting stations with embedded players in the Tuner more than a year ago, we did allow stations who were already listed to remain. That practice ends in April. The preferred implementation is a direct stream, but we will continue to accept stations that use HTMLView.

Happy Valentine's Day
Thanks to everyone who contributed to our Valentine's Day theme. We're featuring a great selection of music and video on both our US and UK sites.

We want to expand our user base, and we need your help! Please put a link to WindowsMedia.com on your Web site. Linking to us not only improves our standing in search engines, but also enables new users to discover WindowsMedia.com. Our Free Stuff button is available for your use, or you can use a text link. Contact us for more information.
We promote special themes throughout the year. Upcoming themes in February and March include Carnival, Oscars, and South by Southwest. If you have content that will fit these themes, please contact us.
We are working to develop a Sports category for our new Media Guide. If you have sports content or know of partners streaming sports video in Windows Media Format or Silverlight, please contact us. Sports of particular interest are NASCAR, college basketball, and soccer.
