Stand Out in the Crowd with Microsoft Certification (Worldwide)
Certification, which encompasses training and skills validation, helps IT professionals get jobs and keep them. For job seekers, certification is a proven differentiator with potential employers. More than half the hiring managers who responded to the 2007 MCP Customer Satisfaction Survey said they considered certification a prerequisite for hiring, and nearly half viewed it as a key element in promotion. In today's economy it's more important than ever to make sure you have the most current Microsoft certifications to keep you ahead of the pack.

MCPs Star in Certification Video (Worldwide)
A huge thank you to the MCPs who shared their career success stories with Microsoft. They were inspiring and smart, and we can't wait to share your stories with the rest of the MCP community. To the many other MCPs who answered our casting call: We were glad to hear from you. We're always interested in knowing how Microsoft certifications impact your lives. Look for certification success stories to be posted on the MCP Web site soon.
