Mobility Matters
It's common in today's business environment to work from various places, communicate with coworkers and clients in different locations, and need access to documents on-the-fly. Enabling mobility in your business increases your flexibility by helping employees to be more responsive and productive.

How can you go mobile? If you're purchasing new software for your business, find out if a cloud-based version is available so that the program can be used anywhere employees have access to the Internet. If you're upgrading employee smartphones, make sure their new devices allow them to get more done while out of the office. For instance, Windows Phone keeps you connected so you can access business resources, manage email and calendars, and update client proposals in or out of the office. Office 365 runs on the Windows Phone, so employees can connect and collaborate anytime, anywhere.
