Rediscover Windows security guidance. Ever wonder what happened to the Windows security guides? Your go-to Windows guidance from Solution Accelerators hasn't disappeared, it's just been repackaged. The previously stand-alone product-specific security guides are now included within the Microsoft Security Compliance Manager (SCM) tool. Simply download the tool, import your product baselines of choice, and select the Documents tab within each baseline to access trusted security guidance for Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, and more!

Who's who: A 140-character intro to Solution Accelerators' Twitter pros. When we asked a handful of our Solution Accelerator Twitter contributors to introduce themselves, they jumped at the chance to share their thoughts...in 140 characters or less, of course. Here's what some of our favorite Tweeters had to say:

  • Curtis Metz, Social media specialist: What do I like about Twitter? I'm able to learn from so many different perspectives and listen to and talk with our customers.
  • Venkat Ganti, IT planning specialist: Expect updates on my focus areas: deployment planning and readiness scenarios for desktop, datacenter, and cloud platforms...exciting stuff!
  • Betsy Norton-Middaugh, IT service management specialist: Best thing about Solution Accelerators? Do I have to pick just one?? They're free, practical, focused, and ready to use!
