WinQual/Live ID FAQs

  1. Why am I seeing a "New Winqual User Account Request Pending" message?
A:This message indicates that you have already created a new WinQual user account that is awaiting approval by your WinQual administrator.

  2. Can I link two Live IDs to my WinQual old user account?
A: No. One WinQual user account can be linked to only one Live ID.

  3. I accidently linked my Live ID to another user account. How can I unlink now?
A: Please contact WinQual@microsoft.com. They will provide a solution.

  4. I have two WinQual user accounts for two different companies. How can I use one Live ID for two accounts?
A: You can't link your different user accounts with one Live ID. You need to create two different Live IDs and link two user accounts with two different Live IDs.

  5. I accidentally created a user account under another company account. Now I'm unable to use my Live ID to create another user account. How can I use my own Live ID to create another user account?
A: Please contact WinQual@microsoft.com with your Full Name/E-mail ID that you have used.
