Our favorite time of year is approaching—when we gather in July at the Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) to connect with one another, share ideas and strategies, and find new ways to collaborate in the coming year. Don't miss out out on your chance to hear Microsoft leaders like Steve Ballmer speak about vision and opportunity—register for the conference today. Each year the Microsoft Partner Program recognizes your business innovation. If you win a spot as a partner of the year, or as a finalist, you and your solution receive global recognition. Unbeatable publicity. Hurry, though—the awards submission deadline is April 9.
WPC awards put your company in the global spotlight.
This year at WPC we'll recognize innovation in 25 business areas, with a variety of subcategories. For example, Mobility Solutions competency members can nominate solutions in four categories. Last year, CDC of Russia won with its OPTIMUM solution. By leveraging Windows Mobile, Microsoft .NET Framework, and Microsoft Visual Studio development tools, CDC offered efficiencies to mobile businesses to help them increase sales by as much as 50 percent, with a potential return on investment (ROI) of 400 percent.

We were also electrified by Citrix Systems' work with a cyber sister-city in Ghana. Using Citrix XenApps to provide end-to-end Windows application delivery, the company helped train Ghana's next generation of faculty and systems engineers. The 2008 Citizenship Partner of the Year, Citrix is helping to create an international environment of economic and educational access.

This is just a sampling of the solutions we've highlighted in the past. Read about the rest, see where your solution fits, and nominate it.
