| | Our Media Guide is undergoing a facelift, and the new design places a big emphasis on images. The feature image will be much bigger than what you see in the Media Guide today, and the real estate devoted to features will demand images of very good quality. To support our new design, we will need high-resolution images of 600 x 600 pixels. The best images are those that have simple backgrounds and no text. We don't need the images yet, but will be reaching out to partners soon to acquire content for our beta release. |
| | Beginning in April 2009, we will no longer list stations that use an embedded player implementation. Although we stopped accepting stations with embedded players in the Tuner more than a year ago, we did allow stations who were already listed to maintain their listing. That practice ends in April. The preferred implementation is a direct stream, but we will continue to accept stations that use HTMLView. |
